We loved the spacious room with a nice balcony overlooking the beautiful beach. The kids enjoyed the pools, and we appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere. Plus, having direct access to the beach made our vacation truly enjoyable, especially with our two dogs by our side.
My wife says that a small children's playground would be great for families. It would really enhance the experience for younger guests.

The long check-in and check-out lines were frustrating!!! It took over two hours for housekeeping to respond to towel requests. Also, the cost for beach loungers is a bit excessive. More dining options would be appreciated!!!

perfect base for beach walks and local dining adventures
The room was incredibly clean and spacious, and having the beach just 500 meters away was perfect for leisurely strolls while discovering local dining spots like Aji Oriental Flavours Restaurant, which is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to explore the area on foot. however, the cocktail selection could use some improvement.

Family with children enjoy these amenities
The friendliness of the staff was a breath of fresh air during our stay, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Plus, the access to the beach was impressive, making it easy for the kids to have fun in the sun without any hassle.
It wasn’t inexpensive but still acceptable.

It was just a suitable option for a short break in Albufeira with great value for money. The rooms had a beautiful nature view that was calming. Keep in mind, the restaurant can get really busy during dinner hours and you might have to wait for a table.

An unforgettable family getaway
Our family strictly loved every moment! The kids were in awe with the activities, and we enjoyed the relaxing spa in between adventures. A truly perfect balance.
While we adored the atmosphere, the dining experience fell short. drinks were pricey, and the dinner lacked variety for a resort of this caliber.

The beachfront access was fantastic, making it easy for us to enjoy the sun and sand. The kids’ activities were exceptional, especially thanks to staff like Neuza and Vanessa, who really engaged with the children. Although the dining options left a lot to be desired, particularly with drinks not included at dinner, the quest for a relaxing family getaway made the experience enjoyable overall.

Exceptional beach access and children-friendly activities
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, particularly the short 5-minute walk to the beach and the variety of pools for kids and adults. The food was good, especially the themed dinner buffets, which kept meals exciting. However, I was disappointed with the extra charges for drinks during dinner, which felt unnecessary. Overall, it was a great family-friendly experience.

Enjoyed a variety of fresh omelettes made to order at breakfast.
The coffee served at breakfast was disappointing, especially for a 5-star hotel.

would happily return
Spacious Prestige Double or Twin Room with Nature View had a private bathroom and a comfy seating area. The pools were huge and well-kept. Easy access to the beach was a major plus. The morning buffet had freshly baked croissants and a great variety of juices. Spa included relaxing massages, hot tub, and sauna—definitely a treat!

The grilled meats were a treat and the beach just a hop away! Plus, the kids’ activities were top-notch, thanks to staff like Neuza and Vanessa—they know how to keep the little ones entertained!
But let's be real, dining was a letdown. Drinks weren’t included with dinner and the breakfast juices tasted canned—so disappointing for a supposed 5-star spot!
